The professionalism of this dealership is phenomenal! Allan Rivas was so helpful in our process buying a used car. We live in Tallahassee and saw a car on their website. After we contacted the dealership, Allan was so courteous and helpful on the phone and through emails, he made the car buying process smooth and easy. Everyone we spoke to at the dealership as so friendly, even with it being past closing! Would definitely recommend if you are in the Gainesville area or within a few hours drive like myself. Definitely worth the drive! Thank you again Allan for your professionalism and being so accommodating!

Allan was a fantastic sales rep. He and the sales manager worked with me to get to a great price on a new car. No pressure, just a friendly conversation about the cars and what would work best for me. I would highly recommended Allan to anyone looking to buy a new Subaru. You can tell his passion for the cars and the brand.

I needed to replace my Honda Accord which was in an accident. I have another Subaru in MA. In Florida I do not drive that many miles per year. I decided to see if there were any good used Subaru's. Allan Rivas understood what I wanted and showed me a couple of cars. I chose a Legacy. It will be perfect. My only disappointment is the color but that is not important. I really appreciated Allen's knowledge and willingness to work with my schedule. I recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

The customer service at Gainesville Subaru is the best! I recently bought a used Outback. The staff has been exceedingly patient and helpful with me and all my new owner questions. Their sales and service people are both courteous and competent. They value your time and always have time for your concerns. I trust their care and advice and highly recommend this business. They clearly value all their customers and it shows.

I just wanted to say how awesome of an experience it was to work with Subaru of Gainesville. I drove almost 4 hours to pick up my new Subaru Ascent because the experience, and above and beyond work by Bob Hendrickson made it all worth it. I did not have a good experience from my local Subaru so I really appreciate the honesty and hard work that Bob did to help me into my new Subaru. Bob was always there to answer my call and always made sure to follow up with me at all times. I can't thank Bob and everyone else who made me feel welcome. Thank you Ronnie and Jason for also the great experience. Next time I will have to take you up on the barbeque! I have no problem driving the distance for my service checks because I believe in Subaru of Gainesville as the best dealer around.

Great dealership! Friendly, knowledgeable staff who very clearly care about their customers. We had an excellent experience from start to finish when recently purchasing our Ascent. Our sales associate Trevor was great to work with and I would definitely recommend Gainesville Subaru if you are looking to purchase a vehicle!

Bob and his team were amazing. They were very communicative, and went above and beyond to satisfy my requests. Greg, Christine, and Bob all helped out in the process and all of them were a delight to work with. Highly recommended.

Hi, my wife and I bought a new Crosstrek last month and ordered a back seat cover from Subaru. There was a mixup and the wrong cover installed. Today we had an apointment to have the correct one put on. We were treated nicely. A gentleman named Tracy immediately put the new one on. He did a great job and sent us on our way. What a nice man!!! So far we have dealt with George Bush and Tracy and have not been disappointed by either. Thank you for reading my review. Paul Beckers
